Description: Bright yellow flowers stand out against the grayish green foliage and bloom from July to September. A low spreading habit makes it ideal for rockeries or alongside pathways and driveways or parking areas. This is a great xeriscaping selection for a prairie garden. Endless flowers mean lots of seed, but unwanted self-seeders are easy to pull.

Found in Nature: Rocky slopes, sunny dry ditches and meadows.

Distribution: Prairies, Foothills, Rocky Mountains

Notes: Available as larger potted stock - pick up only.

Important Information: The "Bloom Period" is an indicator of the time period within which the wildflowers will bloom and does not describe the time period that a single plant will bloom. The "Sizes" listed are intended to be a general guideline to consult during plant selection. Plant growth and bloom times will vary depending on geographical location & individual site conditions.
