Description: This drought-tolerant wildflower has bright white blooms nestled deeply in dense gray/green foliage. This early spring bloomer makes a great addition to a rock garden or dry exposed planting, providing interest when not much else is going on. Plant this low-growing wildflower close to the path or in a rock garden. This is a short-lived perennial or a biennial that will live for 2 or 3 years. For best results allow it to go to seed and press some into the soil around the original plant.

Found in Nature: Dry open sites and sunny hillsides.

Distribution: Prairies, Foothills, Montane
